Welcome to Elevations. By using this service, you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Elevations. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Credits & payments
- Credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They do not auto-renew.
- Credits do not expire.
- Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Email hello@ongrid.design.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
Generated content
- You retain rights to elevations you generate using the service.
- You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes including client presentations, social sharing, and design exploration.
- You may not claim copyright over the raw output of AI models — per standard AI-generated content law.
- We reserve the right to use your generations (anonymized, without identifying configuration details) for training and showcasing the service, unless you opt out.
No architectural advice
This service is for visualization only. It does not constitute architectural, engineering, or construction advice.
AI-generated elevations are artistic renderings and do not represent buildable plans. Construction based on these images without professional architectural oversight may violate building codes, pose safety risks, and result in financial loss. For a buildable design, consult a licensed architect such as Ongrid.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or attempt to abuse free-tier limits (via multiple accounts, automated tooling, etc.).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ongrid Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the previous 12 months, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.
