Shipping & Delivery Policy

Elevations is a fully digital service. Nothing is shipped in the post. This page exists because the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and our payment aggregator (Razorpay) require every Indian e-commerce site to publish a delivery policy. It is also here because you deserve to know exactly when and how you will receive what you paid for.

1. The product is digital

Elevations delivers two things: AI-generated façade images, and an Expert Report PDF. Both are digital and are delivered electronically into your account. There is no physical shipping, no courier, no tracking number, no shipping fee.

2. Delivery of generated images

When you press generate, the image is produced by our image-generation partner and stored on Cloudflare R2 in your account. The partner is named explicitly in the sub-processor table in our Privacy Policy.
Typical delivery time is under sixty seconds. Most generations land in fifteen to forty-five seconds.
The image appears immediately in your Studio gallery the moment it is ready. We do not need to email it to you.
You can download the original at any time during the access window described below.

3. Delivery of the Expert Report

The Expert Report is a free 6-page PDF review of your elevation, available to anyone with an account who has submitted the report form. One per account.
The PDF is generated within roughly two minutes of submission.
Once ready, it is sent to your registered email address from hello@elevations.ongrid.design. You can reply to any email and it will reach our team at hello@ongrid.design. It is also available for download from your gallery.
If a designer follow-up is part of your report, you may also receive a reply from an Ongrid team member within one to three business days.

4. If something does not arrive

Failures are rare and almost always upstream API hiccups. Here is what happens.

Image fails to generate: we use a two-phase credit deduction, so the credit you reserved is released back to your wallet automatically. You can immediately try again at no cost. See clause 5 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Image generated but missing from your gallery: refresh the page, then check your account on a different network. If it is still missing after ten minutes, email us with the timestamp and we will recover it from R2 or refund the credit.
Expert Report email not received: check your spam folder for messages from hello@elevations.ongrid.design. The report is also always downloadable from your gallery even if the email never arrives. If both routes fail, write to us.

Email hello@ongrid.design for any delivery issue. We aim to respond within one business day.

5. How long your work stays available

Free-tier generations: remain in your gallery and downloadable for 30 days from creation, after which they are automatically purged from R2 to keep storage costs sustainable.
Premium (paid) generations: remain in your gallery for at least 1 year from creation. We do not run a forced purge after that — you can delete individual sketches yourself at any time.
Expert Report PDFs: kept for as long as your account exists.

We recommend downloading any image you want to keep beyond these windows. Once an image is purged from R2 we cannot recover it.
